肖满,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,主要从事魔芋基膜生物材料的研究以及生物材料水分转移规律测试方法研究。研究内容包括利用食品大分子乳化特性构建稳定的多相分散体系;制备以食品软物质为基材的新型生物材料;构建具有不同膜性能的天然生物膜,并同步建立食品软物质结构表征新方法和新装置。目前已主持国家自然科学基金1项,省级和企业横向项目2项,参与科研项目6项,发表SCI一区或二区论文9篇,中文核心期刊17篇,申请专利1项,研发并制造出水分转移规律测试仪器。
