主要成就

李保强教授围绕“壳聚糖为健康”的理念,从事壳聚糖复合生物材料及其在组织工程、药物释放、快速止血和生物传感器等方面的研究与教学工作。

主要研究成果包括:

(1)原位杂化策略构建壳聚糖/纳米生物矿物复合材料;

(2)壳聚糖水凝胶诱导合成磁性纳米粒子;

(3) 多尺度仿骨壳聚糖骨材料;

(4) 源于壳聚糖纳米碳的定向转化与生物传感器.

承担生物材料方面1项973子课题和8项国家自然科学基金。累计在Biomaterials,Acta Biomaterialia,Biosensor and Bioelectronics,Journal of Controlled Release,Carbon,ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces和Nanomedicine等生物材料权威期刊发表学术论文100余篇(SCI收录80余篇,其中30篇论文的影响因子>6.0),论文累计被引用2300余次,单篇最高被引用400余次。申请国家发明专利10余项(已授权国家发明专利5项)主编《壳聚糖生物材料》专著1部(入选国家出版基金、国家十三五出版规划和黑龙江省精品图书),参编英文专著2部(由Wiley和CRC出版社出版)。

围绕健康材料与环境材料的科学前沿与资本投资热点领域,基于自主知识产权的专利技术,李保强教授组织和发起了4个创新创业团队,并分别获得教育部大学生创新创业年会优秀创业项目奖、2017年中国沈阳海智创新创业大赛金奖、2018年中国互联网+大赛(黑龙江赛区)二等奖2项,哈尔滨青年创业创新大赛二等奖和哈工大第三届大学生创业大赛一等奖等10余项奖项。面向应急救援的壳聚糖快速止血材料创新创业项目受邀参加第十九届中国科协年会,并受到中国科协领导和硅酸盐学会的领导肯定。荧光可视化水凝胶、壳聚糖生理内裤和“变色龙”污水检测手机APP等成果被《科技日报》、《健康报》、《沈阳日报》、《新晚报》和《生活报》等国家与省市媒体的亮点配图报道。
